Great Claude Fiddle Jam!
On the third Friday of each month,
Claude Presbyterian Church in Caledon will be hosting the
Great Claude Fiddle Jam!
Time is 7:30 p.m. until 10:00, or whenever! There is
no admission fee - all are welcome to attend. Please bring your fiddle,
guitar, banjo, tin whistle, etc., or just yourself!
Claude Church is located on the east side of Highway #10 in Caledon,
just
east of the village of Inglewood, just north of the hamlet of Victoria,
and south of Caledon Village,
about half way between Brampton and
Orangeville.
It has the tallest spire around for many miles, so you can't
miss it.
We look forward to meeting old and new friends who are interested in
traditional music.

Niagara Old Tyme Fiddlers
We meet the first Wed of every month
at the Lakeport High School in St. Catharines at the corner of Lake
& Linwell Sts. from 7-10pm. Our format is an open mic for fiddlers
to play solo with the “house” backup and some group jams for all the
fiddlers to join in. Everyone is welcome to come and entertain or be

Tune Time Music
I have
started creating back up music for old tyme fiddle tunes and
putting it to CD. I play the fiddle as well and could never
find a piano player to play for me, so I created my own
accompaniment. I am set up at home to create accompaniment
for any tune and have the necessary equipment to duplicate
my own CD's. The feedback so far has been very positive. I'm

We're looking for a fiddler who can also play a piano
accordion and some French Canadian/Métis foot clogging.
There are other small percussion, etc. but can be easily
taught.
This is a large project funded by the public & catholic
boards of Ontario (ETFO&OECTA) who are for the first time
coming together to give FREE performance to catholic and
public schools in Northern Ontario who normally could not
afford to see such a rich, high quality performance. You can
